keeping the ball rolling....

Well, I am done moving, thank (insert favorite deity here). What a pain in the ass. I guess when all is said and done, I should have never left in the first place, but live and learn, live and learn....

Lets start with the vitals. 183. Getting closer by the pound. I'm starting to see the work paying off. I see my shoulders getting more tone and defined, as well as my arms. My legs....When I get some sun on them and they get a little tan.... Oh, baby :) I have bumped my cardio workouts up a couple notches to break yet another plateau. I only lost a total of about ten pounds in December, so far, In January, I've lost 7.

My best friend asked for some pictures, so I emailed him a few. Of all the people that know me, his opinion and support mean more to me than anyones. He told me I looked amazing and that I also looked younger.....Now thats one I like! My face does have a much less round shape to it.

The place I normally go to get my hair cut, the one guy I always see in there even noticed I have dropped a lot of weight.

this link has some good truth to it...

http://www.violentacres.com/archives/80/americans-arent-fat-because-they-lack-willpower-theyre-fat-because-theyre-broke

Read the above article. Comprehend said article. Truisms abound. I was told by my doctor 3 years ago he was concerned about my weight. He gave me a trainers card. I went to the trainer. 300 bucks a month, just for the trainer. I simply did not make enough money to afford that. $300.00 was my car payment. I finally had to decide what was more important. Oh, trust me, by far, the best investment you will ever make is in your physical well being. It helps many many different aspects of your life. You have to decide on your own though, not another soul on this planet can do it for ya.

Happy friggin New Year!

Boy, when I said my posts were getting few and farther between, I wasn't kidding... dayum. I must be more concerted in my efforts to document this stuff!

December was a hard month all the way around for me. I started off by missing a week of going to the gym because I was on vacation. All well and good. I maintained the 200 mark. Ah, but then, this is December. The whole month is filled with people trying to get you to over indulge. I did pretty good with that. I did go a little overboard during the xmas party at work, but that was just too good to pass up. Yummy.... but I kept it within reason. My main problem was the gym closed for xmas, and New Years. On Xmas, for two friggin days. Uh, Hi, I have a routine, thanks! That, and damn, with everyone gone from work, I was working odd ass shifts, I didn't know whether to scratch my watch or wind my butt! I know I need to not let my body get into routines, because the plateaus stay around longer if your body gets used to what you are doing, but I need some regularity with when I go, so that I know that I am going to get a good, long, effective session out of it.

Before Mister Mario Left, he got me on the treadmills, now I think I am becoming addicted to running as well. I just need to go get a good pair of shoes so my body doesn't hate me every time I land. I know the treadmills have a shock absorbing system, but dayum kids, it still hurts the feet.

I am now fully committed to getting this next 30 lbs off. I'm at 190 right now. This is not a part of my New Years Resolution, just a renewed energy will be put into it, now that this whole holiday season bull shit is behind us, and I can focus on what really needs to be done.

The good with the bad

Our company Xmas party was on Sunday. I ate normally according to my diet plan, up until near 3:00 because I knew there was going to be Tapas style food there. I think I way over did it on the Cheese and Bread, which were really good. And I really broke down when desert came around. Lemon Meringue and some chocolate thingy. I didn't over do it, but damn, my poor body felt so bad after doing so well for so long. Not to mention the day before on my cheat day, I assaulted my stomach with Brats and Parmesan pretzel that was covered in butter. I can't wait until this month is over. I hate the holidays. Also, I have been scheduled to work several closing shifts lately, and I find that after 7 pm, I get really munchy while I am still at work. It doesn't help that I am bored off my ass because I have to wait for arrivals. This is not boding well for the diet. I have to be super controlled and try and eat healthy things. Which is really hard for me that late at night because that is when I crave fatty sugary things the most. And that is when I need them the least. I will go to the gym later tonight and check the weight and stuff. I'm prepared for nothing to have come off in the last couple of days. We will see what happens. This is after all, partly an experiment on how my body reacts do certain situations.

On that note, I have cut out milk as the way I mix my shakes. I read a few articles on how bad milk really is for you. I haven't cut out cheese and yogurt yet, but I need to find alternatives to them if I can. I want to see if I really do feel better without milk in my diet and see how my allergies and immune system react also.

I love using myself as a test bed, it's rather interesting.

closer by the pound

To start with:

Statistics don't lie -- Americans are fat from PhysOrg.com

There's no polite way to say this: Americans are the fattest people on the planet.

[...]

This is part of why I do this now. I am not happy being part of a statistic like that.
Todays weight is 194. Getting closer. The weight is still coming off, but it is starting to level out due to the fact I'm gaining muscle, and the amount of fat I have to loose is starting to balance between the two. I don't think I will be seeing 2 and 3 pound drops in 2 days much more. On that note, Mario wants me to be starting on the treadmill, which I did a bit of today, just to get the feel of it. 45 minutes is what he is suggesting. That should be interesting to work up to, but I am game for it. I am needing a day to just chill, but I'm not sure that is going to happen between now and January. I have to move again, and that is just not making me happy. I mean, I want to go back to Richards, it is after all, home, but damn, moving all this shit again just does not make me all warm and fuzzy. Ok, I need to finish getting ready,
Tah tah for now

another milestone reached!

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you, The new reduced calorie, reduced fat, increased quality, and newly repackaged.... ME! For the first time in a very, very, very long time, so long ago, I honestly can not remember, I weigh under 200 lbs. 199 was my weigh in today. To back up the weight loss, here are some other numbers:

Measurement: start: current: lost:
Shoulder: 54.5 47.5 7 inches
Chest: 46.5 42 4.5 inches
Waist: 46.5 40.5 6.5 inches
Thigh: 21.5 18.5 3 inches
R. Arm: 13 13 0
L. Arm 13 12.5 .5 inches (uh, yeah, no clue)
Calf: 17 15 2 inches
Body fat %: 34% 25.6% 8.4 %

Kiddies, Think about that last one. From 34% body fat at 240 lbs, to 25.6% at 199 lbs. Over 2/3rds of my body weight at 240 was FAT!!!!! Now, just over a quarter at 199 is fat. I still have a lot of work to do, but damn! 41 lbs of fat. That is a small child. I'm almost emotional right now.

Here is the kicker today though. I just checked in Mr. and Mrs. Goldberger. The last time I saw them here was right around the middle of October. The told me they saw me coming down the hill (keep in mind, this is right around sunset, and getting dark), and they could tell. Mrs. Goldberger told me I looked "Amazing"! Now, I'm getting a wee bit more emotional! For people who do not know me all that well to say something, was completely unexpected. It helps me keep in mind that this so totally worth it. I also thank Mario so, so, so very much! With out him, I don't think I would be anywhere near where I am right now. He has been so invaluable in the motivation department, and I learn something new every time I see him.

OK, I suppose I should return to work

I will put up some pictures in the next couple of days for comparison purposes.

getting closer...

It appears that my posts are getting a little spread out lately. I think it's because the more I do, and the more energy I have, the less interested I am in playing on a computer. I have taken a couple of days of just rest in the last week. Saturday, I did go to the gym, but the rest of the day, I just chilled. I was wiped the hell out. Saturday night, I had to go to Charlie's little going away party, which didn't start until 10, but I made it through the night OK. I was kinda tired the next day, but made it through without getting to cranky. Went and did cardio Sunday after work. Monday, I worked 11.5 hours, but that was all right, since I am taking Monday's off from the gym anyway.
My main source of motivation is getting closer. I'm close to my goal of 200 or below before I go home Friday. I am at 203 as of yesterday. My plan is to do cardio tonight, strength training tomorrow, and get up bright and frakkin early on Friday, and do 30 minutes on the stair master before I get in my vehicle and drive to Utah. I have the power band that I bought a couple of weeks ago for the specific purpose of using while I am away from the gym. I know I probably won't get much in the way of results while I'm away, but at least I won't regress.

I can't wait to get out of this town for a few days. I need a break from the monotony, and I hope this will give me some renewed energies on my return. I have to do a lot more work to get the next 40 lbs off. The first 40 was easy. The second 40...thats going to be the stubborn fat that just doesn't want to go away. I am prepared to see the rate of fat loss decrease, but I am fine with that as long as it DOES decrease. I am starting to see mild results, such as increased tone and definition in the biceps, shoulders, and neck. I dropped my belt another notch earlier this week. I know I need to push harder and longer to get the results I want, but by damn, it will happen.

back to work now.....

I'm Melting!

So, I forgot to post last night. Work kicked my ass. By the time I got done, went to the gym, came home, and got all relaxed, playing on computers was not in my top 5 activities.

Last time I weighed in, on Friday the 17th, I had hit my mini goal of 210. I promised myself I wasn't going to weigh myself until the next time I did strength training. I got too into weighing myself every day. I am a fairly analytical kind of guy, so I was just curious to see what was happening, so I weighed myself every day. On cardio days, I weighed myself before and after. Not good for the mind. I was getting frustrated doing that. So, Only on cardio days. Period. I did cardio Saturday. I didn't go Sunday, because I got a massage and was far too relaxed to go to the gym. I decided to switch my Monday day off with Sunday, so I hit it Monday. Monday was cardio again, so I didn't weight myself. Yesterday, Tuesday the 22nd, I finally did it. 4 freaking lbs. boys and girls! I'm at 206 right now. I know not to expect the weight to keep coming off like that, but it was a great feeling to know that my little adjustments got me out of that rut. I gotta keep pushing myself to do more this week than I did last week. Monday, I upped my time on the stair master to 30 minutes, and stayed at level six. I'm going to do 30 minutes at level six this week, and up the level to 7 next week. I just have to keep pushing the weights up that I do too.
I will do it. I have never felt better in my life. I have found part of me that went missing when the fat bastard took over. I'm like a kid again. I freak the hell out of that cat of Sean and Monas. I don't think it knows what to do when I have more energy than it does.

Well, back to work

Friday, November 17, 2006

A major goal reached!!!!!

I did it! I made it down to 210. Officially the least I have weighed since I was a senior in high school. This is also the 30 lbs mark! Ok, you ready for these stats? I am rather excited.
My starting weight was 240. Down to 210. I'll go down the list and do the starting on the left and the current at the right:
Start: Current:
Shoulder: 54.5 50
Chest: 46.5 45.5
Waist: 46.5 42.5 (I am particularly happy about this one)
Thigh: 21.5 19.75
R. Arm: 13 13.5
L. Arm: 13 12.5 (yeah, the arms are kinda funky, the left won't build as fast)
Calf: 17 15.5
Body Fat%: 34 26%

Um, YAY FOR ME! I never thought I could do this! I am so friggin motivated right now.
I know that the next 30 lbs are not going to be as easy to lose, so I will just do my best to keep going. I had to change my diet to make sure I was doing the right calories, and push myself on the cario and weight training to make up for my faster metabolism and the fact that I'm not spending as much energy to move a 30 lbs lighter body through the world.

I haven't mentioned Quimbe before, but she is a young lady that Mario introduced me to and we have started working out a bit. She had some emotional setbacks with her weight loss, and I really hope she has gotten the help she needs to continue. I like her, she is a good girl. I hope we can reach our goals, with the help of each other.

well, off to play now.

finally, it went down one!

After about 5 days of my weight going between 213 to 215 and back to 213, it finally dropped to 212 today. It remains to be seen if I will Yo-Yo back up or not, but I am hoping it keeps going down. My goal is to still be at 200 by the time I go home. That will be 4o lbs off, and 40 more to go till I hit **close** to H/W proportionate. I am thinking by that time, I will have increased muscle mass to be right on target. I need to vary my routine a bit, and the foods I consume and all that jazz so my body doesn't get into a rut. I think I may have plateaued a bit, and my body was used to what was going on. I also think my day off was a fantastic idea. I was wearing myself out.

It also seems that my trainers are abandoning me one at a time! Well, not really, it's life. Phil is leaving to join the military the second week in December. At least, again, he is doing what he wants to do with his life, and I respect him very much for that. I hope that things go well for him, his wife, and his children. He is a great guy, and I'm sure an even more awesome father.

At least Mario and Phil were there when I needed them the most, at the beginning of this all. Because of them,I have a strong knowledge base, and good motivation to keep myself going. I thank them more than they could ever know for the time and energy they have given me. For that, they have my eternal gratitude.

I will get into more details a little later, I will get all the body fat and measurements Friday. We will then see what I am at to date.

Peace out ya'll

Saturday, November 11, 2006

Ok, I know it's been a few days since I did this last. I'm kind of not sure how I feel right now. I know for a fact that the fat keeps coming off, but I'm kind of not sure how much muscle I am adding. I weighed in at 213 a few days ago, then 214, then 213 after working out (cardio), and then today 214. I'm kind of scared. I know it can't reverse itself after a few hectic days where food was not available every couple of hours, but damn, I just feel like I don't know whats going on. Mario told me to take some pictures, so I could monitor my progress. I got the old Kodak DC50 working, which I suppose is better than nothing. I just figured out how to use the GIMP to put them all together in one photo, so I am going to post that, and use it for reference. I can see that my face and neck are indeed loosing fat. I wish it would come off the stomach faster, but thats the last place its going to come off. Apparently, fat put on by transfats (fried type shit, you know, my favorites.....) are the hardest to loose. Well, that means a shit load of work for me.

And now for the news I was dreading. Mario is going to be leaving tomorrow! I am so bummed. He is advancing, sharing a gym with his district manager, so I can't blame him, but that man is a good part of my motivation. I guess that I will have to bug the hell out of Phil. I wish Mario the best of luck. I will have to make a pilgrimage out there every now and then to get my ass kicked by my favorite trainer.

Well, here's the pick, don't barf.

Saturday, November 04, 2006

I'm getting there, slowly but surely

I didn't post last time I did strength training, I was too friggin tired. It was the end of a horrifically long week, and I barely managed to make it through the work out.

So, the first thing.....Doogie frackin Howser is GAY!!!! Neil Patrick Harris just came out of the closet. I did not see that one coming at all.

Ok, now that I shared that bit of surprise...... On with the show.

In two weeks, I have lost 5 inches of over all body mass. I am at 218 right now. My arms lost fat, my stretch marks are filling in on my biceps and triceps, I'm loosing fat off my stomach, my pants get a little looser every day. I have had several motivational comments made to me. One is something Brooke told me that Andy told her. First he told her that I was looking a lot better, and could tell I was loosing weight, but I was also much more fun to be around, and I had a better attitude towards life. That made me feel better than being told I was losing weight. I feel more like the old me. I wonder what I'm gonna feel like when I'm below 200. I haven't been under that since I was 16 years old. I will feel like a whole new man, I'm sure. C.J. told me last night my head looked smaller. I'm not sure how to take that one ;) Kik and I had a good long conversation, and he agrees with my dad that I sound more alive and positive.

Today, Mario kicked my but. Oh, in case your wondering, screw the name changes. I'm not going to go back and change them all, but the hell with it. We did more shoulders and back. He showed me several new things to do. We did shrugs, I think he can read minds by the way, because that is one I wanted to ask him about. Did a lot of rear deltoid, Lats, and a low back exercise on the bosu ball that really challenged my stabilization. The other one was with arms braced on the bosu ball, but up, and my feet balancing on a plank. Frickin tough, but I loved it.

I am going to cheat just a little bit tonight. It is after all, cheat night, but at least I am going to be sorta good about it. Going to go to Nello's and get a pizza. Whole wheat crust and lowfat cheese. sort of a balance there. I think.

Ok, gonna go take a power crap..... TMI, I know, but I'm the only one reading this :)

Today is the day....

Ok, I'm at work, it's just 9:00 am, and I'm all ready wanting to go to the gym and check my weight. All I want is to be at 220 today. That will have meant I set a goal, and kept it. I grew up my whole life always hearing about goals, going through job after job that talked about goals, but until I got this motivated, and started seeing that if I worked hard and put my mind to it, I could achieve a goal that benefited myself. I want so badly to be able to walk up to Chelsea's house, and have her jaw hit the floor when she opens the door. I want Ricky to just be shell shocked as all hell. The only ones in my family that I have told I am working out this vigorously is Mom and Dad, and of course, Kik. Well, I will post them thar results when I get done tonight.

Well, 220.75......does that count? I don't know. I mean, I am building muscle at the same time, and I did work the the hell out of my arms, Mario is telling me that my arms are starting to fill out nicely. So, I guess I am still losing fat, but gaining muscle. Which is nice I guess :) I just want to be below 200 by the time November is over. I hope I can do it. It will be interesting to see what happens.

On a personal note, I'm feeling a bit blah today. The gatehost manager position got posted today, and I still can't shake the feeling that somehow, Patrick has all ready gotten the job, and this is all just a farce. How do I shake that feeling? I wish to blazes I knew. I think that has got me mildly depressed. That affected my workout today, I'm sure. I just didn't feel into it all all today, and normally, I feel pretty psyched about going. I just used psych in a sentence. I'm showing my age now I suppose. Dinner I suppose. I am going to have breakfast for dinner. Haven't done that in years.

fun fun fun

Todays weight: 221. I have one more pound to lose in 2 days. I will do it! I will have lost 20 lbs in one month. It's starting to show I guess. I see myself in the mirror every day, so it's harder for me to notice these things, but apparently, it's getting more noticable. Vonnie told me this morning that I was looking a lot thinner (right after she offered me a pastry.....) and Paul told me he could definitely tell there was more missing off my stomach. My head is expanding as I hear these things! Oh, yeah, I dropped my belt a notch too!! That is only tempered by the fact that one of these days in the near future, I will actually be able to wear them around my waist, instead of 3 inches below.

I went to " Boot Camp" yesterday. OMFG, I don't think I was quite prepared for that. 1 hour of high intensity aerobics. Darlins, I'm telling you, I just about died. In that hour, there were only two sixty second breaks. And when they say "High Intensity", they are not just bull shittin! I made it through. I have abs and leg adductors that burn like crazy. It's good though, I like it. I think I like strength training more, but I need aerobic excersice to lose the fat. Next month, I will make it through a hell of a lot better. I hope :)

Today, I did more chest and back. I upped the weights on the chest press by 5 lbs, did 90 on the incline press, did 40 on bi-cep curls, upped the seated row by ten, and the lat pull by 10.
I pushed myself as hard as I could on iso-planking the abs, and the Bosu ball crunches. Ouch.
It's all good though. I treated myself to a dip in the hot tub and a lazy swim around the pool. I'm nice and relaxed. Now it's bed time.

the on time post for today...

YAY, I made it on time today. Mike got stuck at work waiting for checkins, so it was just me again tonight. Worked out with Phil tonight, Jimbo was doing paperwork. Worked on some shoulders tonight. I frickin love this shit! I learn something every time I go in. While Phil is showing me new excercises, he makes sure I am in proper form, and it is amazing at how even just a small variation has a totally different effect in targeting the proper musculature. This stuff fascinates me like crazy. I think I have a new goal. I want to research a few things, such as if it is physically wise for me to undertake this, but I think When Aunt Jason comes back to town in february with tim for the Rock n' Roll marathon, I think I want to do at least the 15K run with Jason. That would be fun I think. Even though I usually hate running. It would still be interesting. Oh, yeah, down another 2 lbs!!!! I WILL have this next two pounds off by the end of this month to meet my goal of 20lbs this month. I will damn it!!!!
Ok, off to bed, going to boot camp in the morning at the gym. see what new fascinating stuff I can learn.

couple days late

I should have posted this a couple of days ago, but, ah well. 223.4 was my last weight. Did some arms, Jimbo was training another girl, so I worked out with her at the same time. Did more arms and back. Of course, did the iso-plank, and crunches on the Bosu ball. Did 25 minutes on the cross-trainer. I like the cross trainer for some reason. It makes me more focused. I think it has to do with the criss-cross action of it. Balances my nerves some how. I have been doing cardio on the odd days. I work out tonight with Mike, he has an appointment with Jimbo, so we will see how that goes, and tomorrow is Boot-camp at the club, so I promised Mario I would be there at 10:00 AM.
I think I am becoming addicted to the gym. I like going. Not only am I losing weight, but it's almost a refuge. I know I am not totally alone when I go there, but I can focus soley on me for the most part. It's a nice feeling to do something totally for my own benefit, and not for the benefit of someone else. I don't mean that in a negative way, but sometimes, it's hard for me to keep giving out my energies, and not save something for myself. This is giving me something for me to focus on for a totally selfish reason. It's a good selfish, but selfish none the less......I think everybody needs that one thing that is just theirs, and theirs alone. Mine is making me a better me.
K, time for my relaxing day off to continue.

Monday, October 23, 2006

Mondays are good.....

All righty then..... 224. YAY! did my legs bit today, as it's Jimbo's day off. Must remember Monique! I keep forgetting the front desk girls name, and I see her almost every time she is in there. I feel much better today. I did the stairmaster for 20 minutes, followed by ten minutes on the cross trainer. I think I like the cross trainer because it moves my entire body, and helps push the lymph through, helping me get rid of all that junk faster. I also looked down tonight, and I have a little bit more mass to my chest! I was a bit surprised, wasn't planning on seeing it that obvious of an improvement. I decided today when I hit my goal of 150, I'm framing the black shirt I wear to almost every workout as a reminder, and an inspiration to keep off the fat the rest of my life. I'm almost afraid I'm in danger of becoming a gym bunny. Is that bad? I just love it, it helps me focus, makes me feel better, and I enjoy the atmosphere. I never used to understand gym bunnies, but now, I think I'm starting to. I don't think it's vanity for the most part, I think that is something that most of them have come to enjoy. For me, it's not having to come home right after work, it gives me that time I need to myself to focus and clear my mind.
Ok, I'm off to a healthy dinner......

Measureable results!

Today was a good day. Mike ditched me because he got drunk last night and was still hung over. No worries. This is about me, and not anyone else. Jimbo did measurements today. I can't remember most of them, so I will get them next time I go and write them down. The one number I do remember is I'm down 3% bodyfat. My arms are getting bigger, I'm losing fat off the shoulders, the waist is getting smaller, and this is all since the beginning of October mind you!
I feel great today. I'm happy, contented, and inspired! I had a good time after the main work out with Jimbo and a co-worker of his. I learned some things, and generally had a good time talking with the both of them. Out of all of this, I have become inspired to do more massage. I gave timmy a massage for his bday today, and Jimbos coworker seemed interested. I need a name, I need to get business cards. I have so much I need to think about to get things started. I am going to abbreviate this one, I have to be up for work, and it's getting late. I will append this later.

Day Late....

Ok, I'm a day late on posting this. I just felt so tired last night. I was beat. I did make it to the gym last night. Didn't have an appointment set up with Jimbo, but he was just coming off of lunch when I got there. He pointed me towards my blue card, and I decided to work on chest again. did pretty much everything we did last time, I just did 25 minutes on the treadmill.
I felt ok for a while, but last night, my head just started throbbing. I can't wait for this shit to be over. I want to breath free and clear again. But the good news for the day: I put on my pair of black board shorts today....and they fit REALLY loose. Mike commented the other day that my work pants looked a big loose on me too. Thank god. It's getting visible a little bit at a time. I can see where I am thinner around the stomach in areas too. I have a goal to be at 215 by October 31st. That will tie me for the most I have ever lost. My next mini-goal after that is 198. That will be the least I have weighed since I was a teenager. I have a lot of work to do, im not minimalizing it at all, but sometimes having little goals gets you to the big goal without it seeming amazingly daugnting. Ok, I still feel a bit blah, so im off for a bit. Got an appointment with Jimbo tomorrow at 2 and mike is going too. I look forward to it.

yipee skipee!!!! Tuesday Update

Today finds me a lot happier after working out than when I went in. I have been fighting a fricking head cold for the last couple of days, and I was feeling a bit blah today, as I took some Advil PM last night along with my Claritin so I could get a good nights sleep. yeah, groggy... that was me.
Also, One of the things I forgot to mention in my last blog is that I actually weighed myself twice on Sunday, one pre-workout, the other post-workout. Pre I was 227, post was 229. I wasn't sure what was up with that, so I asked Jimbo today, and his response was that it was due to the activity of the body. I also think it had something to do with that 40 0z of water I drank during the workout. I know I didn't sweat 40 oz., that would mean a nice wet floor. I stepped on the scale at work, which, yes, is broken, and not very acurate, it swings about 5 lbs on any given day. I just jumped on it because it was pretty accurate when I hit the 240. Today, it said 230. I was a bit depressed, because that would mean I had actually GAINED. Let me give you my state of mind at the moment. This is day 5 of an 8 day stretch at work. I am ready for a day off, I'm physically exhausted from work, and fighting a cold. My brain immediatly jumps to the worst possible conclusion: All this hard work you have put in is for NOTHING!. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, the great diety laughs on your petty face! That is how my mind functions when I get tired. Sweet revenge is at hand! 225 POST workout! I am now a much happier camper.

The work out today was arms and back. Bicep curls, seated rows, and lats, then moved on into the free weight room, did tricep extensions, and more bicep curls. did the Iso-plank, and sit-ups on the Bosu Ball, and finished with 20 minutes on the elliptical machine. I feel pretty good. By the time I get to see my family in December, they are not going to know who is at the door. And thats why this is all worth it my friends.

thats all for now, tune in again on Thursday.
